Turmeric

Fresh Turmeric pulled from a farm in Kerala India . Since coming back from India after filming Tour of Beauty I have included Turmeric into my routine . I get fresh shots at local health food stores , sometimes including Ginger , coconut water , also cayenne pepper , lemon water . Varies . There are many sites that have incredible information on Turmeric that are knowledgeable in this field , after all I'm a health seeker and I'm on a constant explorative journey.
