Ebb & Flow

Moments during my life I have connected ...you feel the calling ...

Almost like its Me calling Me ...

I have Ebbed& Flowed, with spirituality my whole life. Mum teaching us many ways

I've peeked into that part of myself, many times,deeply,

It feels like home so I can't help myself ...

Distraction comes, back into life again,

And again intensely fiercer each time

Need for Getting food,

Soul food.

Spirit food.

Then the belly is full.

Fly off again, again & again, back to everyday life.

Until there is no soul food

My mind goes weak, body gives out.

Only left with the soul yearning once again.

Finally...

Surrender
Then the merge of Both happens.

There is no separation.

It's All,

All of Me.

Unity.

Always there is the ebbing and flowing during life. But when it meets you can't help but feel full. Spirituality is a personal journey, not separate from “self” so whatever your belief or practice is that gives abundantly forward, all religionsand beliefs systems respected. 😘😘😘
